What You Can Report

  • Download Issues: If you’ve paid for a product but haven’t been able to download it, or if the download link is not working.
  • File Corruption or Errors: If the file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or not opening properly in the software it’s intended for.
  • Design or Template Issues: If there are major issues with the design quality, errors in elements, or compatibility problems with software.
  • Payment Issues: If you have faced problems with your payment, billing, or order status.
  • Other Concerns: If there’s anything else on the platform that doesn’t seem right or needs to be addressed.

How to Report a Problem

Please follow the steps below to report your issue:

1. Submit a Support Ticket

The best way to report a problem is by submitting a support ticket through your DesignerGraphy dashboard. This ensures that your issue is properly documented and assigned to our support team for resolution.

Here’s how to submit a ticket:

  1. Log in to your DesignerGraphy account.
  2. Go to the "Support" section in your dashboard.
  3. Click on "Submit a Ticket" and fill in the required details:
    • A brief description of the problem.
    • The product or template involved (if applicable).
    • Screenshots, error messages, or any other supporting details.
  4. Submit the ticket and our team will review it and get back to you within 24-48 hours.

2. Contact Us on Telegram

For faster resolution or urgent matters, you can reach out to us via Telegram. Send a message to our support channel, and please include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Problem Description
  • Proof of Payment (if applicable)
