2. Download Issues

I Paid But Didn't Receive My File: If you've paid for a template and haven't received your download link, please first check your email inbox (and spam folder). You can also check your purchased items in your dashboard.

If you're still unable to access your file, contact us via Telegram or create a support ticket.

3. File Issues

File Not Opening on Mobile: CDR, PSD, and Illustrator files require specific software (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator) to open, and may not be compatible with mobile devices.

Ensure you have the correct software to open and edit the files on your computer.

Missing Fonts: Please note that not all fonts are included with the templates due to licensing. You may need to download and install the fonts on your device for proper display.

4. Refunds and Returns

  • Refund Request: If you’ve encountered a serious issue with a product or haven’t downloaded it within 30 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. Contact us through the ticket system in your dashboard or via Telegram with proof of payment.

5. Account Issues

  • Changing Your Account Information: Learn how to update your email, password, or other account settings.
  • Security Concerns: Protect your account by using a strong password and enabling any available security features.
