I Paid But Didn't Receive My File: If you've paid for a template and haven't received your download link, please first check your email inbox (and spam folder). You can also check your purchased items in your dashboard.
If you're still unable to access your file, contact us via Telegram or create a support ticket.
File Not Opening on Mobile: CDR, PSD, and Illustrator files require specific software (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator) to open, and may not be compatible with mobile devices.
Ensure you have the correct software to open and edit the files on your computer.
Missing Fonts: Please note that not all fonts are included with the templates due to licensing. You may need to download and install the fonts on your device for proper display.
