All digital products, including templates, files, and graphics (collectively referred to as "Content"), available on DesignerGraphy are protected by copyright laws and are the property of the respective sellers or DesignerGraphy (where applicable). By purchasing or downloading Content from our platform, users do not acquire ownership rights to the Content but instead receive a limited license to use the Content as per the terms outlined in our Standard License Agreement.

2. User-Generated Content and Copyright Infringement

DesignerGraphy allows users to upload and sell their own designs, including templates and other graphic assets. It is the responsibility of the seller (author) to ensure that the content they upload is original and does not infringe on the copyrights of third parties. Sellers must:

• Own the copyright or have the necessary licenses for all elements used in their Content.
• Not sell or distribute Content that has been copied, altered, or repurposed from other creators without permission.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with relevant copyright laws.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any Content on DesignerGraphy infringes on your copyright, please contact us immediately at contact@designergraphy.com or via the Ticket System in your dashboard. To expedite the process, please provide the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
• A description of the specific Content on DesignerGraphy that you believe is infringing your copyright, along with the URL or other identifying details.
• Proof of ownership of the original copyrighted work.
• A statement confirming that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner and that the information provided is accurate.

Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement claim, we will take appropriate action, including the removal of infringing Content, and may suspend or terminate the seller’s account if warranted.

4. Consequences of Copyright Violations

DesignerGraphy takes copyright violations seriously. If a seller is found to be repeatedly infringing on copyrights or violating our policies, their account may be permanently suspended, and any earnings accrued may be withheld. Additionally, the seller may be legally liable for damages arising from the infringement.

5. Fair Use Disclaimer

This Copyright Policy does not limit the use of Content in accordance with the principles of fair use under applicable copyright laws. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of Content complies with the law.

6. Changes to the Copyright Policy

DesignerGraphy reserves the right to modify or update this Copyright Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the date of the update. By continuing to use the platform, you agree to the updated policy.
