1. I have paid the amount but did not get the file?

Answer:
Please first check your email inbox, as we may also send the purchased files via email. Additionally, most files can be downloaded directly from your DesignerGraphy dashboard. Simply log in and check the "Purchased Items" section to access your file.

If you still haven’t received or cannot access the file, please contact us on Telegram at https://t.me/tek2vishal. Be sure to provide the payment proof screenshot and your order number so we can assist you promptly.

 

2. The file is not opening on my mobile device.

Answer:
Please note that certain files such as CDR files, PSD files, and Illustrator files are not compatible with mobile devices. These files are meant to be opened on a computer with the appropriate software.

  • CDR files require CorelDRAW.
  • PSD files need Adobe Photoshop.
  • AI files require Adobe Illustrator.

Additionally, files are often kept in compressed formats like .zip or .rar. You will need to extract these files using a file extraction tool (like WinRAR or 7-Zip) on your computer to access the full contents.

Ensure you have the necessary software and skills to work with these files.

 

3. Will I get all the fonts used in the design project?

Answer:
Unfortunately, we cannot provide all fonts used in the designs. Some fonts are subject to licensing restrictions, and we can only provide the necessary fonts that are legally distributable.

We recommend that you already have common fonts installed on your system. For consistency and to maintain the layout as created by the author, some necessary fonts may be included with the download. However, if certain fonts are missing, you will need to acquire them separately.

 

4. I am not a designer. Can you design or edit the template for me?

Answer:
We provide high-quality design templates for skilled users familiar with graphic design software such as CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator. If you are not experienced with these tools, we recommend finding a designer who can assist you with customization.

Currently, we do not offer design or customization services.

 

5. I am a graphic designer. Can I sell on DesignerGraphy?

Answer:
Yes! We welcome graphic designers to sell their templates on DesignerGraphy. To get started, simply register for an account and verify your email. Once logged in, you can click the “Become an Author” button in your dashboard.

Please ensure that you comply with our Author Terms and Copyright Policies. There are certain charges and commission fees involved, which you must agree to before listing your products.

 

6. I have more questions. Where can I ask them?

Answer:
