1. Graphic Designer (Full-time/Part-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality, editable graphic templates for our marketplace.
  • Collaborate with other designers to ensure templates meet market needs.
  • Stay updated with design trends and user preferences.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Creative portfolio with previous work examples.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and trends.

2. Marketing Specialist (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow DesignerGraphy’s user base.
  • Manage social media campaigns, email marketing, and partnerships.
  • Analyze marketing data and optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically.

3. Customer Support Representative (Full-time/Part-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support to users via email, chat, and support tickets.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, downloads, and product inquiries.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all communications.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
