Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect the interests of both buyers and sellers. Please read our refund guidelines carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Refund
Non-Downloaded Items
- If you have not downloaded a purchased item within 30 days from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. After 30 days or upon download, refunds are no longer available as the product has been successfully delivered.
Issues or Bugs in Files
- In the unlikely event that a file contains a serious bug or issue affecting its usability, buyers can report the problem directly from their DesignerGraphy dashboard through the Ticket System.
- Our support team will assist through the ticket system to resolve the issue. If we confirm a significant issue that cannot be resolved, a refund may be granted. Refunds typically take 2 to 3 weeks to process.

- Log in to your DesignerGraphy account, navigate to the "Support" or "Tickets" section, and submit a new ticket detailing the issue. Our team will review your request and work to resolve it promptly.

Important Notes
- Refunds are issued only in cases where a product has a major defect or usability issue that cannot be resolved.
- Refund processing may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on payment provider policies.
- DesignerGraphy reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases where the product was downloaded successfully, and no significant issue is present.
