Thank you for purchasing digital assets from DesignerGraphy. By downloading and using our products, you agree to the terms outlined in this Standard License. This license grants you specific permissions while setting clear restrictions to protect the integrity of the assets and their creators.
Permitted Uses
Under the Standard License, you are allowed to:
- Personal Use: Use the purchased digital assets for personal projects, including editing and customizing them to fit your needs.
- Printing and Publishing: Use the assets in print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, or other publishing projects.
- Digital Media: Incorporate the assets into digital content, including websites, social media posts, and videos, as part of your creative projects.
Prohibited Uses
To ensure fair use and protect intellectual property, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Resale: You may not resell the digital assets, either in their original form or modified, as standalone files or as part of another product.
- Redistribution: You may not share, distribute, or make the digital assets available to others for free or for a fee.
- Commercial Redistribution: You may not include the assets in templates, themes, or design tools that are intended for redistribution or resale, whether free or paid.
Ownership and Copyright
- DesignerGraphy and the original creator of the asset retain full ownership and copyright of all digital assets. Purchasing a license grants you usage rights under the terms of this agreement but does not transfer ownership.
Termination of License
This license will terminate immediately if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the asset and destroy any copies you have.
